Yes, we are all in love with Bridgerton, but the wait is slowly killing our feelings and opening the door to a new experience.

The atmosphere around Bridgerton now resembles an empty field with lonely tumbleweeds rolling through it. Considering the success of Shondaland’s show, such silence looks suspicious at the very least.

Fans expected the release of the third season in December 2023, but apparently the premiere date is postponed to 2024, which cannot but disappoint everyone who is looking forward to new love adventures of the Bridgerton family members.

Neftlix has not yet confirmed the release date for the third season, but actress Adjoa Andoh, who played Lady Danbury in Bridgerton and Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story, said in an interview with Hello that viewers will not see the new season until 2024.

And to fill the Bridgerton-shaped void in your heart, we've got something to make the wait for season three less painful.

Apple TV recently released a trailer for their new project, The Buccaneers, which definitely deserves the attention of all fans of historical drama and love affairs. And maybe The Buccaneers will knock the Bridgertons off their pedestal altogether.

The show is based on the unfinished novel by Edith Wharton. Created by an all-female team (go girls), the series will tell the story of American women who leave their homes for puritanical English society. Judging by the trailer, the show is indigenously funny and a bit reminiscent of Bridgerton. And that’s exactly what we need, right?

The story is set in Victorian London in the 1870s. The daughters of the newly rich parents in the US move to England to find a husband with a title. Their ambitious families seek status, while the girls’ money attracts impoverished European aristocrats. But the girls themselves are not determined to find husbands, but to gain independence and freedom.

Apple TV show promises fascinating historical immersion, stunning costumes and sets, and a compelling plot that will keep you hooked. Get ready for a thrilling journey into the past where intrigue, passion, and ambition intertwine in an exciting tale of love and power.
