One of the most devastating cancellations of all the shows that CBS announced at the end of the 2023/24 broadcast season was Young Sheldon. Created in 2017 as a spinoff of The Big Bang Theory, the show has slowly but surely charmed even those viewers who have never heard of its predecessor, building a strong fan base of its own.

Young Sheldon wrapped its abbreviated seventh season on May 16, 2024, and fans have been trying to come to terms with the loss ever since. If you somehow missed the show's finale when it aired, here's how and when you can stream the final season of Young Sheldon online.

Where to Stream Young Sheldon Season 7?

If you wanted to catch up on the show's finale, or if you just wanted to catch up on your first viewing of the show in early July, you had the chance to watch new episodes streaming on Paramount Plus.

However, recently the 7th season of Young Sheldon was removed from the platform and as a reason for that Paramount's representatives claimed the streaming rights:

“Due to streaming rights, episodes of 'Young Sheldon' are no longer available on Paramount+. There are a number of factors that determine whether a show or episode is available for Paramount+” Redditor owlcave shared the response they have gotten on the matter.

What makes the situation even more upsetting for Young Sheldon fans is that the final season of the show has yet to be added to other platforms where it is available. Seasons 1 through 6 can be streamed on both Max and Netflix, but season 7 has yet to be added to either, making it impossible to watch online.

Is Young Sheldon Season 7 on Netflix?

When will the final batch of episodes be added to either Netflix or Max and will it happen at all? There is no confirmation at this time.

Fans expect the show to be available in its entirety on at least one of the platforms, but it's impossible to set an exact date. Perhaps Young Sheldon fans will have more clarity when the platforms announce their September additions.

For now, all you can do is re-watch the show from the beginning and hope that the final season will be available soon.
