Is he Litt-ing up something else?

Summary:

  • Louis Litt is one of the best performances in Rick Hoffman’s career.
  • Rick Hoffman participated in a YouTube video for Air company.
  • Soon, the actor will appear in a horror movie Thanksgiving.

The most popular legal drama of recent months, Suits, has given us many perfect characters to talk about. And by perfect, we don't mean that they are flawless: on the contrary, they are so complicated and multi-layered that there was almost no one we could definitively call protagonist or antagonist.

One of the best written characters of the show is Louis Litt, brilliantly portrayed by Rick Hoffman, the almost always bitter man who somehow surprises us sometimes with uncanny actions that make us believe in humanity and then falls back into the world of jealousy and bitterness.

Anyway, Luis was probably one of the most fan-favorite characters in the whole show and definitely the one with the best facial expressions.

However, after the show ended in 2019, Hoffman starred in a spinoff series of the drama called Pearson with Gina Torres as the lead. After that, he had a rather unusual gig for a TV star when he starred in an Air New Zealand safety video on YouTube. Frankly, his online character was very Litt-like, but maybe that was the deal in the first place.

After that, in 2020 Hoffman became a part of the drama called Billions, which ended up being quite popular among viewers. The actor's on-screen personality changed from a tough lawyer to a doctor. The role of Dr. Swerdlow was again a perfect match for the actor, as he once again had a chance to play this complex, albeit comedic, character with power issues.

In a few days, we'll see the actor on the big screen when the horror film Thanksgiving hits theaters. It's an unusual choice for Hoffman, but fans are excited to see their favorite actor with a mustache in a slasher movie from iconic director Eli Roth.
