So what is it about this date? Anyone who saw the hit movie Miss Congeniality, which premiered in 2000, should remember that this is what one of the pageant contestants answered when asked for the "perfect date idea."

Yes, we are talking about Cheryl Frasier, aka Ms. Rhode Island.

Miss Congeniality has become a classic, and not just because of its star, Sandra Bullock. Sure, her performance in the movie was brilliant.

And her character development was perhaps one of the most interesting in the "undercover cop" genre. But the one who brought light and fun to the movie was definitely Heather Burns, who played the role of Cheryl Frasier.

Absolutely sweet, kind, and totally naive, Cheryl quickly becomes a true friend to Gracie Hart, Sandra Bullock's character, who is an FBI special agent working undercover at the pageant to find out who's making bomb threats against it.

After working together on the film, the two actresses became close off-screen. Burns went on to star with the legendary rom-com queen in several more films after Miss Congeniality.

They starred together in the romcom Two Weeks Notice, with the iconic Hugh Grant, and in 2005 they both appeared in the second part of Miss Congeniality, subtitled Armed and Fabulous.
