A little immature, but talkative and friendly, Charmaine doesn't really crave stability in her love life as long as her partner (or was he her partner?) isn't captivated by another person. As soon as Jack becomes interested in Mel, she shows another side of her nature and tries to hold on to the relationship that was doomed from the start.

Communication is the key to Gemini happiness, and it was sorely lacking in her relationship with Jack.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22) - Ricky Sudder

Although Ricky struggles a bit to find his own personality and tries too hard to become someone else, like Jack, his best qualities are far from that. His strengths lie in his deep emotions, his kindness, and his ability to bring out the best in those around him.

Unfortunately, he sometimes gets too caught up in his own emotions and lets them control his decision-making process. This is a lesson that every Cancer must learn at some point in their lives.

Leo (July 23 - August 22) - Muriel St. Clair

If there's one person who would be perfect for a Leo, it's former movie star Muriel St. Clair. She exudes confidence and knows her worth, which makes her a perfect Leo (and a perfect celebrity, to be honest). A little self-centered, but not afraid to take on a challenge or a competition, she lives up to her sign.

Plus, her advanced fashion sense, which you don't see too much of in Virgin River, tells you pretty much everything you need to know about her sign.

Not only is Libra a sister sign to Aries, which makes Mel's compatibility with Jack perfect, but it also describes her character well. She's charming and empathetic, and quickly becomes involved in other people's lives.

Melanie is nice enough to genuinely care about everyone, but calm enough to be a mediator in difficult situations and not make them all about her own emotions. Just like she was with Jack and Charmaine.

Being the mayor of Virgin River is not easy, especially if you take your job as seriously as Hope does, but she makes it look like the best job ever. She's smart, she's funny, she's a problem solver by nature, but she always finds time to have fun in the midst of her hard work.
