Toxic Grey's Anatomy Character Everyone Was Surprisingly Okay With
Many Grey's Anatomy characters just don't age well, but this one was really over-the-top sometimes.
It's funny how some arcs and characters do not stand the test of time and get completely rejected by fans years after they actually enjoyed it. With Grey's Anatomy, it looks like one character is certainly no longer a fan favorite but rather just a toxic person.
We're talking about Cristina Yang. While being an excellent surgeon, she is definitely not the most pleasant person in the show, with the series being straightforward about how her being cold and poor-mannered is practically her personality.
However, what some people used to see as being "edgy" now seems more like a definition of being a bully and wanting to do nothing about it.
"I think she grew into a better person, but early seasons Cristina is a f**king nightmare and I dislike her so much. Tbh, a lot of Grey's characters are really annoying and I'd never want to know them Irl- especially the ones from the first few seasons," Redditor pippyLONGsocking said.
In fact, many people started to like Meredith even more when she finally confronted Cristina about the way she treats everyone around her — mostly because she has never been held accountable for her actions before. Basically, the way Grey's Anatomy made pretty much everyone a bit toxic is now surprising to fans.

Even though Cristina is probably the winner when it comes to bullying, fans still appreciate Sandra Oh's impeccable performance that made people fall in love with her grumpy and rude character even despite her attitude. After all, who doesn't love to root for a baddie from time to time?
