Yes, we are talking about Charmaine's pregnancy.
Charmaine Roberts revealed that she was pregnant with Jack's baby at the end of season 1, and it's driving fans crazy that now, after the end of the first part of season 5, she's still carrying the baby.
It seems like the universe of the show is crooked, because on the one hand we have characters experiencing life-changing moments, and here we have Charmaine pregnant and standing right there.
