Game of Thrones was breaking the hearts of millions of people around the world for over eight years, but it's still always curious to learn what scene hurt some of the big celebrities the most when watching it.

Game of Thrones has killed off, mangled, or severely mistreated way too many characters to take the time and count them all.

At this point, it's safe to say that all of us, the fans, have lost more than a couple of favorite characters. We weren't the only ones, though: even years later, celebrities reveal which deaths in the show hurt them the most.

Channing Tatum revealed his own most hated moment in Game of Thrones in Vanity Fair's famous Lie Detector show.

It's a well-known fact that he's best pals with Jason Momoa who played the mighty Khal Drogo, the Dothraki warlord. Sure enough, Tatum loved the arc of his friend's character and couldn't wait for him to take over Westeros.

Khal Drogo's unexpected death hurt Channing more than anyone else: it was a shocker for the entire audience, but the actor was really keen on watching his best pal destroy his enemies.

In case you forgot, Momoa's character was killed off-screen and without any real premise.

When taking the lie detector, Tatum was asked about it, and he claimed that Khal Drogo's death made the show worse.

"I was pissed when he died! I wanted to see him lead the army and do the whole thing," said Channing. He also admitted that his loyalty to Jason Momoa didn't extend as far as not watching the show further — he even watched House of the Dragon and loved it, too.

Channing Tatum's disappointment is quite understandable: if you knew Khal Drogo in person and hit a few bars together, you would've been even sadder to see him pass so early in the show.

And if you also called him "the bigger daddy" (which Tatum did earlier in this interview), you would've had your heart broken just like Channing had.
