There's a Uni Class on Harry Styles Now, And Internet is Not Okay

You thought higher education is not for you? Think again, because Texas State University offers a course in… Harry Styles.
Yes, an actual university course will be dedicated to the One Direction alum, with future students to be delving into his albums, acting roles, and boy band past, as well as the role of fan culture and celebrity image.
Sounds like a dream degree? For a lot of Harry Styles fans – absolutely. For the rest of the Internet, the new educational branch seems to be a little extra.
"He literally only has 3 albums what's there to study? Not even hating at this point but genuinely curious. And he's not even some sort of legendary artist or anything." – @coolDaddyHH.
Still, many people don't see anything particularly wrong with the Harry Styles course. After all, the singer does have an impressive portfolio of achievements.
"All his three albums broke records. His second album has been Charting for years. The one who does this course is his fan, and y'all are just bitter, Harry has achieved ALOT in his career. the one who does it is a Dr. Who is HIS fan. It's not that deep y'all need to touch grass." – @HarryPromote.
But does it really mean that one should get an entire class dedicated to them?

Some people already imagine how exactly the class would affect their grades.

In fact, the class might not be as light-hearted as one might suggest. According to the course description, it will focus on the "cultural and political development of the modern celebrity as related to questions of gender and sexuality, race, class, nation and globalism, media, fashion, fan culture, internet culture and consumerism."
Louie Dean Valencia, the associate professor launching the course, said that Harry Styles fans he had the pleasure to speak to do not limit their curiosity with just the lyrics of his song.
"I can't tell you how many conversations I've had with students over the last two years that started with a shared love of Harry's music, but that quickly went into larger societal questions about gender, sexuality, race, gun control, sustainability because of Harry's art," he told CNN.
