That is the family support that everyone deserves.

No matter how famous you become and how much attention you get from the public and the media, there is always one group of people whose opinions matter the most: your family.

And while some would argue that you become your own family after spending 12 years shoulder-to-shoulder with your castmates, there's still nothing like the bond between a child and its parents. Combining family and work, however, can be very difficult.

The Big Bang Theory 's Kaley Couco knows this firsthand, though her experience has been very positive. In fact, the actress got emotional while sharing the most heartfelt gesture of love and support her father, Gary Cuoco, showed her during the filming of the show during an interview with James Corden.

As it turns out, her father never missed a single day of filming and was always present on set with the cast, crew and live audience.

“He had a director’s chair with his name on it. He never sat in it. He always stood. And every night for curtains and bows and for intros, he would be at the top and he would give me a thumbs up. <...> I couldn’t do a show without him at that point, it had been years. I kept thinking, ‘You can’t miss one now, you are part of the show,” the actress recalled.

The story of such support is not something you often hear from Hollywood actors. While some come from acting families and have had strictly professional support from their parents, others have dedicated their success to them without having the opportunity to see them every day. Cuoco's father's dedication was likely part of the reason for her success.

The guidance he gave his daughter was also likely related to the tender age at which the actress began filming. She was only 16 when she started the ABC sitcom 8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter, and had several acting gigs before that.

Knowing all the horrible stories about how the industry treats young actresses, Gary Cuoco's dedication to supporting and protecting his daughter at all costs was truly admirable.
