Self-sabotaging your personal life is a flaw that should be talked about more.

When describing The Office to anyone, you can never avoid using the word "iconic" too often. It applies to the plot of the show, the characters, all the little storylines, all the jokes, and every conversation Michael Scott had with anyone on the show.

But there was one character who actually considered herself an icon. That would be Kelly Rajanigandha Kapoor, of course. This crazy female character had so many hilarious scenes on the show that probably only Dwight can compete with.

It's worth mentioning her personal life separately. Being hung up on Ryan the temp, she managed to turn her life into a nightmare. As Ryan, she was the codependent, toxic, drama queen of the show who always ended up heartbroken but still believed in her relationship with him.

In addition to Ryan, she was also shown in relationships with Darryl (which didn't last long) and Ravi, the Indian guy that Pam thought was an excellent choice for Kelly and introduced her to.

For a while, most fans actually believed that they could be great together. And at first it really seemed like that could happen. But in the end, Kelly still did something in her own style.

“Ravi is the classic secure attachment style Kelly needed who is anxiously attached. So for someone like Kelly, it was hard for her to really embrace someone who loved her and didn’t play games. Was a little bummed she ran off with Ryan near the end but not surprised,” Redditor elizvbeth said.

Many fans mentioned that this relationship could only have worked if Kelly wasn't obsessed with drama. So Ryan was really her "the one" and no one could change that. Even though the whole office really tried.

The best thing ever said about their relationship was actually a comment from Nate, who hadn't even seen Ravi once, but was still on his side.

However, it seems that Ravi dodged a bullet when Kelly ran off with Ryan. Well, we can only hope that he found someone better.
