Fans are celebrating the news that Kitchen Nightmares are making a comeback after such a long hiatus.

Kitchen Nightmares, the legendary reality TV show where chef Gordon Ramsay tries to save the failing restaurants, had lasted for 7 seasons, seemingly ending in 2014.

However, interest in the show is still very much alive, as evidenced by the show's official YouTube channel, where various episodes have been uploaded and have received quite decent views.

And now it has been officially announced that the show will return to Fox almost 10 years later, much to the excitement of the fans.

The show had to take such a long break because, despite Gordon's best efforts, most of the restaurants eventually went bankrupt, which even led to several lawsuits.

But, as fans point out, can you really blame him? Most of them were already too far gone when the legendary chef got involved, and as you can see from many of the episodes, changing the owners' business habits is no easy task.

At least Gordon managed to save some of them, with about 20% of the restaurants featured in the show still open.

And let's face it, fans watch it mostly because they want to see some really crazy moments, delusional owners, and dirty kitchens.

The show has given us some really unforgettable moments over the years, like "Chef Mike" (microwave), which instantly became a meme, "Hello, my name is NINOOO!" and the whole episode about Amy's Baking Company, which was the peak of how insane some restaurant owners can be.

Fans are eager to see one of the best reality TV shows make a triumphant comeback, wondering how Gordon manages to run his restaurants and star in the show at the same time, and hope it doesn't disappoint.

After all, a lot of restaurants have opened in those long 10 years, and they are sure that many of them desperately need Gordon's intervention.
