'The Boys' Season 3 Is So Weird Chase Crawford Concerned For His Future Career
Amazon's 'The Boys' doesn't really shy away from controversies – in previous two seasons fans witnessed brutal murders, sexual harassment, drug overdoses and lots of other gruesome stuff. But it looks like it was just the beginning.
While talking to Entertainment Weekly, Chase Crawford, famous for his turn in The CW's drama series 'Gossip Girl', mused about the upcoming third season of the hit superhero show. Starring as the series' own Aquaman Kevin Moskowitz, a.k.a the Deep, Crawford perfectly captured the washed-up superhero vibes. His character went through a lot – was cancelled for sexual harassment, exiled to Ohio and joined a cult. But looks like Deep's season 3 misadventures would be so wild, that actor is actually worried about his future roles.
Crawford and Jensen Ackles discussed the upcoming season with EW:
Ackles:
"I remember reading that stuff [in the script] and you sent me a text message. And I have to go find it, but I think it was something like, 'I don't know how I'm gonna be able to work after this."
Crawford:
"I think I did send that",
Let's hope that 'The Boys ' Season 3 won't disappoint its devoted fanbase that prefers their superheroes to be violent and evil rather than Marvel-like saints.
'The Boys' set to return on June 3, 2022 via Amazon Prime.
