Ever since The Big Bang Theory ended, the show's most loyal fans have never missed an opportunity to ask for a reunion. Whether it be an unexpected flashforward in the show's current prequel, Young Sheldon, or some sort of documentary that could reflect on the production of the sitcom, fans would take just about anything at this point.

Unfortunately, so far only two people have joined Jim Parsons in voicing Young Sheldon: Mayim Bialik, who portrayed Sheldon's wife, Amy Farrah Fowler, and Kaley Cuoco, who portrayed Penny.

And as much as fans want a full-on reunion, it's highly unlikely to happen, given that Young Sheldon is set to end its final season next month. That makes all the opportunities for the cast to reunite on other platforms all the more valuable.

When Will Kunal Nayyar Appear On Night Court?

The happy news of the reunion was first teased by the official NBC account on Instagram, when they posted a small clip of Kunal Nayyar on the set of Night Court.

Coincidentally, Nayyar's co-star from The Big Bang Theory, Melissa Rauch, was there as well, occupying her judge's chair as usual.

Not only were the two co-stars reunited, but Nayyar took it a step further by reminding the audience of the time when his character, Raj, had a huge crush on Rauch's Bernadette.

In the clip, the actor recalls one of the most iconic and slightly disturbing romantic lines The Big Bang Theory has ever produced: ‘Oh, Bernadette, please play my clarinet.’

The flirtatious mood of the clip is also fitting for Night Court's February 6th episode, as Kunal Nayyar will appear as world-renowned fashion designer Martini Toddwallis. The talented designer is facing a huge case of creative block, but all troubles end as soon as he meets Judge Abby Stone, who may even become his new muse.

While it's a shame that two actors will only have one episode to play off each other and remind viewers of the perfect chemistry they had on screen, audiences can rest assured that this episode of Night Court will bring some great comedy.

And who knows, maybe this reunion of Raj and Bernadette will start a chain of events that will eventually lead to The Big Bang Theory's comeback that we've all been waiting for.
