Some more family drama is definitely what we need on TV now.

The Bear ’s third season is landing on Hulu this month after a long anticipation, and a brand new trailer for the upcoming installment proves that there’ll be something more than just a mess in the restaurant’s kitchen.

With Carmy’s determination to transform his brother’s diner into an haute cuisine establishment on the foreground, the show’s latest season didn’t shy away from diving deep into the character’s family drama showing that there are so many issues for him to resolve in the future.

If the trailer’s most notable detail is indeed a sneak peek into the upcoming season’s focus shift, The Bear will surely go down the same road as CBS hit series Tracker recently did, and that’s what fans definitely want (and need).

CBS drama show Tracker got raving success due to its compelling storyline full of action-packed plot twists and family mysteries that start unfolding over the course of the plot.

The series follows private investigator Colter Shaw who, entirely dedicated to his job, embarks on cross-country trips to help those in need to uncover some kind of mystery, but soon Colter’s own mysteries resurface as the storyline gradually introduces his family members who appear to keep their dark secrets to themselves.

The Bear’s Carmy seems to be pretty much similar to Colter as the show also follows his career path which suddenly gets an undesired interruption by some personal big issues.

The brand new trailer for the upcoming season briefly features Carmy discussing a potential plan for opening a restaurant with his late brother Mikey.

A flashback to an earlier time may come as a hint that the new season won’t put its focus solely on the mess that the restaurant will require to eventually become successful with the public, but will also highlight the main character’s relationships with his family members that surely don’t seem to be just a normal typical family.

Given that the second season made it clear that Carmy’s personal story needs a proper development, the upcoming installment won’t be able to just completely ignore it anyway.
