Fans wouldn't be excited to have this moment spoiled for them.

Throughout the years, the cast and production team of Succession have pulled off a number of tricks to make fans think one thing and then surprise them with something else.

However, nothing could top the crazy level of secrecy surrounding season 4, which is also the final season of the series.

From the very beginning, when the cast themselves learned about the sudden end of the series at a reading, to the very end, when the fans found themselves fooled again, expecting something extremely shocking in episode 8, there was no day of rest for the show's fanbase. The news just keeps coming as the episodes continue.

Now, with less than a week to go before the series' big finale, which will be a 90-minute episode, everyone can finally appreciate all the precautions the team has taken to keep the fans away from the spoilers.

No one expected Logan's death to come so early in season 3, and no one expected what happened after.

The Succession team was able to fool the fans even during the filming of the funeral, probably the most obvious scene of the whole show.

It was expected that Logan Roy would die from the beginning of the series, as his children were supposed to be his successors. Everyone knew that he would die this season and that they would have a funeral for him.

However, with Brian Cox's brilliant decision to appear on the set and be part of all the photos that were leaked to the press, the fandom was fooled once again.

Viewers were under the scary impression that Tom Wambsgans was dying instead of Logan, since Matthew Macfadyen, who portrays him, was nowhere to be seen.

Luckily, the impression was wrong and the show still stuck to the path it had chosen from the beginning. Tune in to HBO on Sunday, May 28th to wrap up the wild ride that was Succession with a 90-minute series finale.
