Although devastating, this theory would make a perfect ending.

There is nothing Succession fans can appreciate more than a good family tragedy.

For a show that focuses so heavily on the trauma passed from the patriarch to his children, it would only make sense to continue the journey to the next generations.

As the show wraps up season 4, fans are already theorizing about what the future might hold for each of the Roy siblings.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem very bright for anyone but Connor. Being something of a black sheep in his own family, Connor admitted to suffering a lot without love and support.

However, staying away from the rest of the Roys might be good for him in the long run.

Though it's hard to predict what the future holds for him, it wouldn't be wrong to assume a somewhat happy marriage with Willa and no part in the family business at all.

Shiv, Roman, and Kendall's lives are much more intertwined and would probably stay that way.

As much as fans hope that Shiv will finally move on from the corporate side of things and continue her career in politics, it is likely that she will always try to cling to as much power as she can and try to prove herself to her brothers now that their father is gone.

Unfortunately, Roman and Kendall's stories seem to resonate with Logan and Rose.

The fact that we as viewers don't know almost anything about her, except the fact that she's dead, is actually a good thing because we could see it through Roman.

Although this is the last thing any viewer wants to see, chances are that Roman will take his own life, as there is a lot of speculation about that.

Kendall, on the other hand, would slowly turn into the person he hated the most: his own father. He would likely blame himself for his brother's death and crack under the pressure.

We've also seen him repeat the dangerous pattern of neglecting his own children, and from what the audience knows, neglect can always turn into abuse.

This would also mean that Ken will be the one to stay on as CEO of Waystar Royco. We will have to wait and see if this is how things will turn out for Roy's family.

There is a great possibility that the future will be left to the imagination, so buckle up for a wild ride with the final Succession episodes this Sunday on HBO.
