'Stranger Things' Fans Point at Major Plot Holes in Season 4 Vol. 1
Season 4 just arrived on Netflix, and some diehard fans have already watched it in its entirety, finding that some important questions remain unanswered.

The latest installment of the Hawkins saga brought many surprises to fans, including the appearance of the most dangerous villain of the Upside Down yet, Vecna. Throughout the first volume, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown ) and her party battled this dangerous creature, which was later revealed to be Dr. Brenner's first test subject, known as 001. The teens managed to send Vecna back to the Upside Down, but the final battle is yet to come.
Vecna turned out to be a stellar villain, and his origin story is certainly quite interesting, but some fans still wish the Duffer Brothers had explained his abilities more coherently.
Others ponder other inconsistencies, including why the younger version of Eleven, shown this season, is significantly different from her in the first part of the series, and how Kali Prasad was able to escape from imprisonment.
And another major question that has been bothering avid fans of the series – who is the Mind Flayer, main villain of the third season. Will he return in the second volume, or is his story already over?
