Sorry, what?

Warning: the following article contains spoilers for 'She-Hulk ' episode 1

The first episode of 'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law' has guided us through Jennifer Walters' journey as Hulk, given us a little sneak-peek into her job, and revealed that Captain America did not die a virgin. Now guess which one of these aspects has caused the most hype among fans.

You probably guessed right. But while the majority of people were celebrating the fact that "Captain America fu—", others were quick to unleash the power of fan theories. One of them had someone recalling that Peter Quill's grandmother — according to James Gunn himself — met Captain America back in 1940s. And to whom did you say Steve Rogers "lost his virginity"? One of the girls he met during the USO tour in 1940s?..

Yeah, long story short, a lot of fans now believe that Steve might have had a fling with Peter Quill's grandmother. Many were quick to suggest that perhaps it makes them related — in a sense that Rogers might as well have ended up being Starlord's grandfather.

"Actually, if Peter has super-solider stuff in his blood, it would explain why he's a celestial and none of his half-siblings were." – PhilipPetrunak

However, this theory is quite unlikely to be true even though there is definitely a chance Steve and Peter are related. One also needs to keep in mind that we saw a sneak-peek of Quill's grandfather in the opening of the first 'Guardians of the Galaxy' movie — and that wasn't Steve Rogers.

While many fans are already hyping over the possibility of a sudden family connection, some people argue that the mere chance that this can be possible proves MCU writers' failure to preserve connectivity.

After all, James Gunn did say he "made it up" when he confirmed the identity of Peter Quill's grandmother... family drama in the MCU is just so messed up sometimes, isn't it?

'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law' is currently streaming on Disney Plus.
