Ever wanted to seek justice for a favorite character?

Sex and the City is an iconic show that has introduced audiences to so many real-life stories that it can be considered something of a “book of life.” The characters of the show really went through a lot over the course of the show and that made us like them even more.

Of course, the focus was always on the famous quartet of Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte. Although a significant portion of the show was devoted to their love interests. But fans think that one of them was not given enough credit.

We are talking about Steve Brady, Miranda's boyfriend who became her husband and baby daddy. Steve was one of the most fan-loved boyfriends, and frankly, there were many times when fans thought that Miranda's attitude towards him was not as good as he deserved.

Yes, she is an independent woman, not ready to give up on feminism and lever letting her guard down. Although that’s not an excuse to behave like a total B towards the one you love. Even after admitting her feelings towards Steve, she still felt kind of embarrassed of him. For example, like she was when he first met her friends.

There were a lot of moments like that during the show, but still, at the end of it, the writers finally created a happily ever after for these two. However, no such luck followed them in the sequel of the OG series.

And Just Like That made the whole Steve/Miranda storyline go to the dumpster by making Miranda an “unhappy gay” who just discovered who she was.

She cheated on Steve with Che, and the show never even made sure to point out that it was a bad thing to do. Instead, the writers decided that it’s best to just make Steve disappear from the show. And real fans didn’t like it at all.

“The way Steve is being dismissed as not being on Miranda’s level to justify her cheating or “self discovery” is problematic. Steve is the most trashed character by the writers. I’ll also say that it’s awful how some are saying that Steve deserves to be cheated on because he’s not like Miranda intellectually or socially is pure snobbery,” Redditor deletianla said.

Well, there's still time to make things right for him. And Just Like That season 2 is currently on air, and maybe Steve will get justice.
