The most unexpected mutant is speculated to appear in Secret Invasion.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe has a reputation for keeping fans on their toes with unexpected twists and turns. Fan theories are all the rage nowadays, especially when it comes to Marvel movies and TV shows. One intriguing theory about Secret Invasion was shared on Reddit.

The theory suggests that the twist of the show will involve the introduction of a mutant, and it will be G'iah.

G'iah, portrayed by Emilia Clarke, is a daughter of Talos and has appeared before Secret Invasion only as a child.

According to this fan theory, mutants won't make a direct appearance in Secret Invasion. Instead, it is speculated that a stinger or post-credit scene will reveal the shocking truth: G'iah is actually Mystique in disguise.

For those who don't know, Mystique is a shape-shifting mutant who has appeared in various X-Men movies. However, before Disney acquired Fox, Mystique and other mutants weren't able to appear in any of the MCU films.

The introduction of Mystique would be a game-changer for Marvel fans and could potentially open the door for other mutants to join the MCU.

The theory also suggests that Mystique will be looking for her daughter, Rogue. She might be the reason why some Skrulls will be able to copy powers, just like Rogue does.

While Rogue may not be explicitly mentioned or shown, the fan theory suggests a subtle hint at her existence. This might further strengthen the connection between these characters, while also serving as a tantalizing lead-in to the upcoming films.

Disney acquired 21st Century Fox in 2019, but the only results of it are currently the upcoming Deadpool 3 and Fantastic Four. Many fans agree that it’s time to introduce mutants to the MCU. But still, Secret Invasion doesn’t seem like the best project to include mutants.

Of course, this is just a fan theory at this point, and it is unlikely that it will turn out to be true. However, if it does, it could have huge implications for the future of the MCU and the X-Men franchise.
