When we get into a new sitcom with a promising story at the heart of it, it doesn't take us long to fall in love with all the characters, no matter how flawed they actually are. We forgive them everything and can’t stop rooting for them.

For many fans, this was exactly the case with Schitt's Creek. Created by Dan Levy and Eugene Levy, the show premiered in 2015 and has since turned the vast majority of the comedy's audience into obsessive fans who nonstop repeat catchphrases from the show in their daily lives.

For those who don't know, the series tells us a story about the Roses, a wealthy family that was betrayed by their manager and left without money and any property. The only thing they have is a little city somewhere off the beaten track, called Schitt's Creek, which the family father bought for his son as a joke.

The show lasted for 6 seasons and wrapped up in 2020, and since then the fans have been literally demanding any type of continuation for the story.

And it seems like something is about to be announced soon, as even Catherine O'Hara, the brilliant actress who played the flamboyant Moira Rose, is absolutely on board with the idea of creating a new Schitt's Creek movie.

The fans of the series are already suggesting the ideas for the movie.

“I’ve always thought a little holiday special would be the perfect revisit to Schitt’s Creek. Get to see David and Patrick in their house, Alexis comes home for a visit, etc,” Redditor Lone_Shrimp said.

While all of this is still in the discussion stage, it's the right time to binge watch Schitt's Creek on Hulu.
