Robert Pattinson Made Everyone's Lives Miserable With His Gross Habit on Twilight Set

The Twilight movie premiered in 2008 and has since become an icon of the teen romance genre.

It was full of everything young girls love: the complex love story, the mystery, the obstacles between two different people who somehow started to care about each other (even though they weren't supposed to). And the list goes on.

The Twilight saga has 5 movies, and each new movie brought the power couple of the movie closer together.

And although it was exactly what the fans wanted to see on the screen, it turned out that in real life, almost nobody from the set was happy to be close to the main star Robert Pattinson.

And no, they weren't smitten with his beauty. The reason is actually quite gross.

As some Twilight crew members revealed, being on set with Robert was almost torture because he... smelled. Bad enough that his co-stars actually complained about it.

An anonymous cast member once said that Pattinson actually stinks when he is on set.

Well, knowing that Pattinson himself admitted that he's not the best at hygiene, it's not hard to believe that this could be true.

He specifically said in the interview with Extra that he doesn't really see the point of washing his hair, for example.

To this day, fans are still trying to understand if it was a joke or if he was telling the truth. Well, they might know the answer now...

But to be fair, there was one person who stood up for Pattinson, and that was Kristen Stewart, the actress who actually shared most of the closest romantic scenes with him.

She assured everyone that Robert smelled great on and off the set and there was no problem shooting with him. Now that's a supportive vampire girlfriend!
