Reddit Theory Points at Surprising She-Hulk's Connection to WandaVision

One might watch She-Hulk: Attorney at Law as a way to entertain oneself and get distracted from the usual amount of drama in the MCU. However, under the layer of comedy and fourth wall demolition, there might be a way She-Hulk is in fact building up a connection to something bigger — something that started with WandaVision and will continue in Agatha: Coven of Chaos.

According to a new Reddit theory, Jennifer Walters' best friend Nikki is not quite the person we think she is.

"If you watch She-Hulk closely, Nikki (Jenn's friend) seems to be pushing Jenn in directions to do certain things. I started watching and there are a few cuts where she breaks the 4th wall and acknowledges the camera," the theory reads. "Look even closer and you'll see her wearing earrings of a specific design as well as a necklace with a star pattern."

There was a character in the MCU who also acknowledged the fourth wall and was spotted wearing similar symbols. You know this character very well, because it's been Agatha all along.

The evil Harkness witch is soon to get her own solo show on Disney Plus — and looks like Jennifer's bestie might be her ally after all.

"I believe you will find out in the finale (possibly a credits scene) that Nikki is in the Daughters of Liberty or the Coven led by Agatha after the events of WandaVision," the theory author, pleasedontbingme, has noted.

Some fans seem to be ready to accept the theory as a possible way things could go in the MCU — even though some issues still remain.

"That does sound like something Marvel would do. But they were best friends before she became Hulked. Why would some powerful witch spend all her time pretending to be friends with a nobody basically? To get to Bruce? She never seems interested in working that angle," Redditor heelspider wondered.

Other fans argued that Agatha might have been long interested in Hulk to get his blood for some kind of a ritual or virtually any other witch stuff she might be up to.

However, there are people who believe that the theory is making things way too complicated, and Nikki is "pretty much what we think she is – a slightly pushy and confident best friend who occasionally thinks she knows Jenn better than she knows herself."

For us to be sure, we have to wait until She-Hulk: Attorney at Law comes to an end — which will happen on October 13. Then, if Nikki does turn out to be someone else, we might get to know more about that when Coven of Chaos premieres. The Agatha show is set to release in late 2023.
