The Walking Dead brought us on a journey of surviving the zombie apocalypse for 11 seasons. And if there's one thing we can learn from TWD is that the undead can be incorporated into a show in many different ways.
Throughout the years, we've seen plenty of creepy zombies that simply look terrifying. Or, in some cases, downright disgusting. But that's exactly what made so many of them iconic.
We've got Morgan's wife, walkers with the riot gear, the zombie that killed Dale, and the list goes on. However, according to Reddit, there is one that wins the title of the creepiest walker. Read on to find out which one!
As you already know, TWD has never had a lack of dreadful walkers and the show has always managed to include them to grace our screens. But generally speaking, most fans seem to agree that some of the zombies used to appear more horrible back in the early days of the series, which is why the viewers loved the first seasons.

After a few seasons, however, viewers got used to zombies and they became less terrifying. Some fans think the appearance of the walkers used to be much more frightening, as they had more individuality, and seeing them decay was actually disturbing.
So, it comes as no surprise that the creepiest TWD walker was from the earlier seasons. Have you already guessed who Redditors have nominated?
Well, it's none other than the "Well Walker."
This walker was found at the bottom of a well on Hershel Greene's farm during episode 4 of season 2. In case you don't remember what happened, let's go over how we met this gory being who was once a human.
When Rick's survivor group came to Hershel's farm, they wanted to find out about the water situation there, and they were directed to a well. When they opened the well cover, however, they discovered a bloated walker stumbling around at the bottom of it.
The survivors were worried this waterlogged zombie would contaminate their drinking water, so they were trying to come up with ideas on how to get him out of there. They decided to sling the snare around him and pull him up.
As you can imagine, nothing good came out of this attempt, and as he was reaching the surface, he split in half, which made all his guts spill into the well. Even though this was a brief appearance, some say it still gives them the heebie-jeebies to this day!
