Grey's Anatomy has no shortage of gorgeous and lovable characters. For years, fans have been lusting after their favourites and, it turns out, even imagining marrying a few of them.
But when it all comes down to it, who is the most marriageable Grey's Anatomy character, according to the fans?

Henry was an instantly loveable character right from the start. His first appearance was under tragic circumstances, needing life-saving surgery but being to pay for it. Enter Teddy Altman who offered to marry him so he could use her insurance.
Sweetheart that he was, he initially declined her offer, feeling it would be something she would regret. Even when he was dying, he was still thinking only of others, and, in this case, a woman he had only just met.
He may have only appeared in 15 episodes, but that has proven more than enough to make a lasting impression on the hearts of GA fans. Viewers watched his struggles with his health, feared for him, and remained determined in their hope that he would make a full recovery and that he and Teddy would finally realise they belonged together.
There was not a dry eye in the house when he confessed his true feelings for her while under strong medication, and that hope became so pervasive that it was almost a character of its own.
Sadly, it was not meant to be, with Henry tragically passing away from a severe bleed caused by a tumour near his heart. Richard Webber and Cristina Yang tried everything they could to save his life but there was nothing they could do, Henry was pronounced deceased.
Fans loved Henry because he was handsome, kind, funny, and despite all the odds stacked against him, he was never faltering in being a good man. His heart was pure and that has earned him pride of place in the memories of GA fans.

Callie was like a breath of fresh air in the hospital when she first appeared. Honest, quirky, beautiful, and absolutely hilarious, it is no surprise she is a firm fan favourite. She is modest, wanting to hide her wealthy background from everyone, and focusing on her lack of social skills as a doctor rather than her medical genius. She is almost aloof in her modesty, which just makes her all the more appealing.
Fans were outraged when her husband, George O'Malley, cheated on her. While initially he did gain some sympathy due to his father's illness and subsequent sex addiction he seemed to develop following his father's death, straying from Callie was inexcusable.
But Callie was not one to be defeated. She would divorce him and continue her work, letting her strong-willed nature and warm personality be the strength she needed to ensure whatever life threw her way. Her resilience, openness, and bravery seem to be the qualities that most endeared her to fans and earned her the gold medal for marriageable females on GA.
