Prime Video’s Most Realistic Long Awaited Horror Returns After 3-Year Break
There’s nothing scarier than other people’s prejudice.
There are many different horrors, but not all of them hit close to home. Some are good to just release the adrenaline after the long week of stress, scream at ghosts and zombies and simply forget about them an hour later. Others, however, portray the whole range of human violence, and those tend to stress the viewers out even more.

Is Them Worth Watching?
While there's nothing quite like Them in the TV horror lane, the closest thing to the show's vibe would be 2017's A24 film Get Out, starring Daniel Kaluuya. While Get Out can be described as a psychological thriller, Them is much more straightforward and will be enjoyed by those who love the classic slasher elements in their horror.
The premise of the series is quite simple. The series follows a black family that moves from North Carolina to an all-white neighborhood in Los Angeles during the Second Great Migration in 1953. As you can imagine, not all of the neighbors were open to the idea of sharing the privileges of their idyllic life.
The show has received mixed reviews, with some seeing it as a standard horror flick with a slightly deeper meaning behind it, and others being very disappointed with the use of cheap tricks that distract from the main point of the show. Depending on your personal preferences, Them can be either childish or impressively entertaining.
Will There Be Them Season 2?
After the release of the first season, it was announced that Them will return with the second season in the style of the anthology series. Them: The Scare will be set in a completely different time period and follow a completely different story, but rest assured that the social commentary element will be the same.
The second season of the most realistic Prime Video horror, set in the early 90s, will hit the screens on April 25, 2024, after 3 years of waiting.
