This might be a very smart nod to one of the show's producers.

As Succession barrels toward its finale, fans continue to theorize about the show, hoping to catch a glimpse of what is to come.

In season 4, all of the metaphors that have been used before became even more important to the plot.

Succession has always been about the dysfunctional family first, and the thirst for power second, but after Logan Roy's death it became even more obvious.

Although the majority of the fanbase focuses on the trauma that each of the Roy siblings experience now that their father, who abused them all their lives, is gone, some of them can't help but find more lighthearted easter eggs.

The ones which were hidden in plain sight all this time.

It's no surprise that behind such a successful drama is an A-list Hollywood team, extremely experienced and talented.

Such big names in the industry as Adam McKay and Will Ferrell are among the executive producers of the show for all four seasons.

It's only fair that they get some sort of recognition for their work. One way would be to give them some on-screen cameos, but the other, much more creative, way is to name some characters after them.

Doesn't Willa Ferreyra ring a bell? Well, there is no official confirmation, but it sounds suspiciously similar to Will Ferrell himself.

It wouldn't be the first time that Succession has given their characters' names hidden meanings. Peter Munion, for example, is a clear reference to Peter Mannion from The Thick Of It.

Likewise, Colin Stiles is a reference to two comedians, Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles, who star in both the British and American versions of Whose Line is it Anyway.

Whether this is the truth behind Willa's name or just wishful thinking on the part of the fanbase, we may never find out.

But that won't stop anyone from enjoying this little coincidence and looking for more in upcoming episodes of Succession. Tune in to HBO on Sundays to make sure you don't miss a thing.
