The crew member pissed off the actor so much that he did not want to see him on the set any more.

When the name Bryan Cranston is mentioned, Breaking Bad is naturally the first thing that comes to mind.

After six seasons, the crime epic's Walter White can now be compared to such cult characters as Tony Soprano from The Sopranos or Don Draper from Mad Men.

However, the young years of the now successful actor were difficult and this shaped his attitude towards his colleagues.

The actor promised himself that he would only work with worthy people, and one day a worker from the set did not live up to his expectations, which led to his dismissal.

Brian's father had many different jobs before he decided to become an actor. For many years he dreamed of a role that would change his status from a third-rate soap opera actor to a screen star, but he never got it.

He often took out his disappointment on his wife and children.

When the boy was 11, the Cranstons divorced, and their house was foreclosed on because of debts. The father disappeared for the next 11 years, and the mother suffered from alcoholism.

The actor shared how he was affected by a difficult childhood:

"I'm a list maker, an orderly-minded person. I believe it stems from a disorderly childhood, which had a negative impact."

Before Cranston signs someone to a project he's producing, he goes to their IMDb and makes a list of all the people he knows who have worked with them, then calls them. That should help create a good working environment.

But that didn't keep him from the people he avoided on the set of Breaking Bad:

"He was incredibly inappropriate and inebriated, and he made a lot of people on our show feel very uncomfortable. And when I went in to talk to my producer about it and said, 'We've got to let him go. We've got to fire him. […]' he said, 'It's already done.'"

This was the only time that Brian insisted on firing someone, but judging by the comments made by the actor, it was more than justified.
