Not-So-Surprising Teen Wolf Actress Tyler Posey Had a Crush On
Whether in movies or TV series, feelings between fictional characters quite often lead to real feelings and even relationships between the actors and actresses who play them.
It's always been a common thing, and there should be no surprise that the steamier the scenes are, the more tension builds up in real life.
Many celebrity pairs started by starring together as fictional lovers, and this only seems natural: after all, the best actors are the ones who can feel their characters — and falling in love is a side effect.
There should be no surprise that in teenage love dramas, this tension can be even stronger.
Teen Wolf is an excellent example, and we can speak with confidence about it: one of the main actors told the audience how the show affected his own feelings — and even revealed who his crushes were!
Tyler Posey (who played Scott in the series) took a lie detector after Teen Wolf ended and revealed that he had not one, but two crushes on set!
However, as to who he fell for, there are no unexpected turns: as we already said, the biggest tension appears between on–screen lovers.
The first one was Crystal Reed: she played Allison, the daughter of a werewolf hunter who had a romance with Tyler's character Scott.
They had quite a passion in the series and this led to Tyler developing a crush on Crystal herself. Tyler also admitted that some of the rumors about him and Reed were true but didn't elaborate further.
His second crush happened to be… The second actress who played Scott's lover in Teen Wolf! After both Scott's and Tyler's first love departed, a new character was introduced — Malia, a werecoyote, played by Shelley Hennig.
Tyler admitted he fell for her, too… And their relationship was also surrounded by many rumors.
According to Tyler himself, his feelings were never a secret for anyone — both actresses knew he had a crush on them, and that never was an issue.
Though the true nature of Tyler's relationships with them is still mostly unknown, all three of them are now reunited filming Teen Wolf: The Movie.
Whether it leads to any more feelings is yet to be known… Maybe, in Tyler's next lie-detector session?
