Next Doctor Who Will Be Announced Sooner Than You Think
Jodie Whittaker’s Doctor Who years are coming to a close – with just two final special episodes to go, fans are anxious to know who will inherit TARDIS after her. Well, great news! You will find that out much sooner than expected.
According to BBC, the 14th Doctor will be revealed in the next couple of weeks. First ever female Doctor joined the franchise back in 2017, with Chris Chibnall as a showrunner. Next five years proved fruitful, yet some fans were unhappy with the direction of the show, arguing that episodes lacked substance and the overreaching narrative was far from being original.
Well, looks like the new Doctor will surely restore their belief in the sci-fi powerhouse – Russell T. Davis, who revived the franchise for modern audiences in 2005, will return as showrunner in 2023.
