Romantic dramas always end up at the top.

This year started great in terms of new K-drama releases. Many new shows with different premises were already released, basically forcing the fans to choose the best among them.

But is there really a need to choose one when you can watch them all? Just prepare a schedule and you’ll be alright!

It’s better to start with the series that have already proved to be excellent by landing in the streaming platform’s global top. For example, Doctor Slump is a K-drama that premiered on Netflix on January 27 and has remained in the list ever since.

But there’s a new K-drama that occupies an even higher position at the top list and it’s the newest Queen of Tears. The first episode of the show premiered on Netflix on March 9 and will have a 16-episode run to wrap up on April 28. And as for the March 11 - March 17 week, it already gathered 3,5 million viewers, while the medical drama got 1,9 million.

The series is now one of Netflix's top 10 shows, and judging by how many viewers are invested in it, it doesn't look like it's going anywhere in the near future.

The K-drama revolves around an exciting and humorous love story of a married couple who find a way to overcome the crisis in their relationship and strengthen their bond.

The story revolves around lawyer Baek Hyun-woo and heiress Hong Hae-in and their never-ending shenanigans on their way to overcoming their personal and professional challenges.

However, what keeps the fans glued to their screens is the captivating story that not only gives us a glimpse into the lives of the main characters, but also focuses on the side characters and makes the fans invest in their stories as well.

“At this point the only character I am rooting for other than ml and fl is Aunt Beomja! She’s so real for swooning over Hyunwoo’s muscles and she’s the only one (other than all of us) who seems Team HaeWoo! She also seems to see through grandpa’s girlfriend’s innocent act unlike the rest. Hoping she’ll find her husband #4 that won’t cheat on her!” Redditor Unusual_Antelope_235 said.

Well, the next episode of Queen Of Tears will be released on March 23, so mark your calendars to not miss it on Netflix.
