At least according to fans who think they have already deciphered every clue from the new teaser.

The premiere of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is around a month away, but the identity of T'Challa's successor has so far remained a secret — at least formally. With new teasers coming through, fans seem to be certain about who is to inherit the Black Panther's mantle because the clues are way too obvious.

The latest Wakanda Forever teaser provides a closer look at the new Black Panther, who is female and rocks a new design of the suit. We get to see her vibranium-enforced claws as well as her weapon — vibranium gauntlets.

Such gauntlets have always been a signature weapon of Shuri, T'Challa's sister. This made fans think that she is most likely the new Black Panther. And even though many people were sure about that before, now it seems that all tension and mystery is ruined simply because Marvel tends to show too much in its trailers.

"The cast itself trying to cover it up so bad. Like don't release stuff like this or get better security for no leaks if u wanna add tension so bad / want to create a mystery who takes the mantle on." – @Nacht_Silver

But some fans still hope there are more mysteries up Marvel's sleeve.

"My only issue is that I wasn't expecting Marvel to reveal the new BP so soon. I know Shuri was the "obvious" choice, but that's why I think there's something more, they never reveal the important stuff on the trailers, but the movie is around the corner so we'll see," Twitter fan Brunog198 argued.

What if the Shuri hint is nothing short of a trick?

"Something tells me she isn't gonna be the main black panther. They wouldn't be showing it off like this if she was. They'd save it for the actual movie itself." – @TheNamesLarry99

To be fair, this would not be the first time when Marvel kind of ruins the suspense by oversharing in promotional materials. The similar thing happened with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness when the trailers appeared to have revealed pretty much every big reveal that would have been a great surprise for moviegoers. And back at the time of Spider-Man: No Way Home waiting, fans were also pretty aware of all big surprises the movie had for them.

It's quite tough for Marvel to shield the intrigue when it comes to its big screen premieres. But with Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, chances are that the trailer is simply messing with the viewers.

The only way to know for sure is to wait until Wakanda Forever premieres in theaters on November 11.
