In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, she expressed her fondness for this scene, stating, "I really love those. I think those are the ones where you get to know Robin the best. She has the most room to breathe."

She reminisced, "I think my favorite scene to shoot in the whole series was that kind of almost-oner we did in the video store. I love that stuff."
