The saddest death we have witnessed in the latest episode.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is so marvelous, among other things, because of its profound well-written characters. Harry Drake might not be your favorite one, but fans absolutely loved his appearance in the 6th episode of the current season.

Harry played a big role on the show, especially since season 2 came out.

In the beginning, Harry Drake, played by David Paymer, starts off as an opponent, going so far as to ban Midge and Susie from every comedy club in New York City.

To further silence Susie, he even hires some mobsters to go after her.

However, Susie became close with Harry, and, as the last episode showed, she was the only person to stay by his side until the very last moments of his life.

During the twilight of his career, Harry Drake experienced betrayal from nearly everyone in his life, except for Susie, who remained loyal until the very end.

As Harry was in the hospital, Susie faithfully kept him company. It was during this time that he revealed his intention to transfer his clients to her, a decision endorsed by his legal advisors.

Graciously, Susie declined, but Harry persisted, convinced that she was the most capable person to take on the responsibility.

In their final moments together, they found solace in watching a silent film, sharing a quiet connection. As Harry drew his last breath, he mistook Susie for his absent daughter.

To spare him any disappointment, Susie played along, allowing Harry to die without feeling abandoned.

The scenes that Susie and Harry shared in this episode resonated deeply with many fans. Susie, pretending to be his daughter, is what hit viewers really hard, making them feel sorry for Harry with teary eyes.

Even though the character may stir a controversy, Harry's character has left a profound impact on fans, who believe that the creators have done a great job in writing him flawlessly in every episode he appeared in.

Throughout the series, Harry remained himself despite everything, and his portrayal by David Paymer was impeccable.

So, the scene of Harry and Susie just adds to the greatness of The Testi-Roastia episode, and fans can't wait to see the next one, which will air this Friday on Amazon Prime.
