Maisie Williams Ponders Possibility of Returning For 'Game of Thrones' Spin-Off
Arya Stark was one of the most popular characters of HBO's dark fantasy saga, so her decision to leave Westeros for travels in the West was a great surprise for millions of Maisie William's fans. Apparently, a lot of people are still hoping to learn what happens after, and Williams finally addresses the rumors of her return in a series' spin-off.
In her profile for GQ Williams was asked if she had thought about reprising her role in one of the developing 'Game of Thrones ' spin-offs. Fortunately, fans haven't heard a firm "no" from her, but there are no definite plans for her return just yet.
"I'm not saying it would never happen, but I'm also not saying it in this interview so that everyone goes… 'The spin-off! It's coming!' Because it's not. It has to be the right time and the right people. It has to be right in the context of all the other spin-offs and the universe of Game of Thrones. It has to be the right time for me", Williams said.
