Leslie Grace's 'Batgirl' Is Already Eyeing a Sequel
The first 'Batgirl' movie is currently in post-production and does not have a release date yet; it's expected to hit the screens at some point in 2022.
Shortly after returning home from the set of 'Batgirl', Leslie Grace is already teasing a possible sequel, saying that the first movie will be "insane".
Speaking to Variety, Grace revealed that she has already seen some of the footage, and it got her and the crew already discussing Batgirl's future.
"We've already been talking about where do we take this from here because there's so much that happens in this film. There are a lot of different themes in the plot that we touch on," Grace told the outlet.
Her confidence has prompted some joy online.
However, some fans are sure Grace might be right.
'Batgirl' will be released on HBO Max, with fans still arguing whether it's going to happen in late 2022, or in the next year due to other DC movies waiting in line.
