It seems that even the most die-hard fans have parts of the show they find less than thrilling.

The Walking Dead is loved for its intense and gripping storylines. But let’s admit it, the series had its fair share of filler episodes. Some of them were really boring, to say the least.

A Reddit user has recently brought up not an episode, but an entire arc spanned almost half a season — the hospital storyline. Fans are wondering whether it was the worst in the series. Many of them felt it was more like something from The Twilight Zone than The Walking Dead.

However, not everyone agrees. The hospital arc introduced us to Dawn and her group of police officers, who were portrayed as unique and compelling villains.

Some fans found the episodes leading up to Beth’s demise, particularly the standoff with the police and Rick returning to Atlanta, to be absolutely amazing. They appreciated seeing Rick, the former cop, confronting other cops.

Another storyline that fans seem to have a strong opinion about is the Trash People arc. The Trash People, with their unique way of speaking and living, were a significant part of the series for a time, but they didn't sit well with many viewers.

Morgan’s “you don’t have to kill” storyline in season 6 also got a mention. For some fans, this was the worst, describing it as infuriating to watch. They found it nonsensical and felt that it almost ruined Morgan’s character permanently.

Especially during the wolves' raid on Alexandria, fans were annoyed that Morgan didn't take a more aggressive stance.

Beth’s death was another hot topic. Some fans found her death to be dumb and pointless, questioning why she would attempt to stab an armed police officer in front of other armed officers. They felt that this was a poorly written exit for a character that had been with the series for so long.

There are fans who believe that Beth’s character could have played a significant role in later storylines, such as the Whisperer arc, making her death in the hospital arc feel like a missed opportunity.
