Katy Perry reportedly has a couple of doppelgangers hanging around, and they are just as famous as she is! The singer has now shared an idea for a movie that we would all pay to see!

There is a running joke that Katy Perry, Emily Blunt, and Zooey Deschanel have the same parents because people can't get over the fact how much they resemble each other (here is a conspiracy theory to die for).

All three celebrities have a few interview stories about how they were mistaken for one another (more than once!), and we love to hear them.

In an interview for Access Hollywood, actress Emily Blunt shares yet another story about how someone in a bar thought she was Katy Perry, adding that the singer is "a knockout" and "John's [her husband] secret crush."

We get it, John!

A little over a year later, Access Hollywood tells this to Katy Perry in another interview, and she admits to seeing a meme on the Internet about them looking alike.

The singer goes on to say, "I think God liked us so much, she made us twice – or thrice, with Zooey Deschanel!" That is the spirit!

Katy then shares a brilliant idea – that all three of them should be "in a movie together" because that would be a "triple threat."

First of all, that is a killer movie that we would all go see! Second, Triple Threat sounds like the perfect title.

Katy has already exploited her and Zooey's resemblance in the 2020's music video for Not the End of the World, where Deschanel gets abducted by the aliens because they think that she is Katy Perry. The video is a masterpiece, really!

Will 2023 be the year when we finally see Katy, Zooey, and Emily together on screen (assuming that it does not cause some kind of rift in the space-time continuum)?

We sure hope so, even if it is just for a red-carpet event.

The movie would be preferable, though. Just imagine: an action comedy where all three play some kind of cool FBI agents who call themselves the Triple Threat when they take down the bad guys. Sounds awesome, right?
