Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Trailer Reveals Epic Story of Its Most Powerful Character
The trailer for the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen has been released and it has everything that anime fans have been waiting for so long.
The main cause of the missing and dead in Japan is a curse that few people know about.
Their most common habitat is hospitals, because the emotions that people experience within the walls of this institution are favorite fodder for curses.
In such places, cursed amulets are used to ward off petty evil and protect the place. Over time, however, the amulet loses its power and becomes bait for curses.
After his grandfather died, Yuji Itadori's life changed dramatically. Before he died, grandfather said something strange about protecting people.
This secret will be revealed to the teenager after a while, but for now Itadori meets Megumi Fushiguro, a sorcerer who almost died from the curse.
The main character happened to let the curse named Sukuna into his body. Now the evil spirit is trying to get out and cause havoc and only magic will help to solve the problems.
One of the characters Yuji meets is Gojo Satoru, one of the strongest sorcerers.
It has been said more than once that he is the most powerful sorcerer in the world, and this is because both sorcerers and curses recognize the presence of a huge amount of cursed energy in Satoru and the power of his cursed techniques.
All of this has made Satoru one of the most popular characters in Jujutsu Kaisen, and the second season of the anime will be all about him.
We see the timeline jump to 2006, when Satoru was a student, in the recently released trailer.
Not only will Gojo be in the spotlight, but so will his friend – Suguru Geto. Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto meet as sophomores at school in Tokyo sometime in 2005-2006.
Geto is as powerful as Gojo, though he was born of non-sorcerers. He had innate curse techniques that allowed him to absorb other curses and combine them into single, powerful attacks.
These two are both similar and completely different, with conflicting beliefs and ideals. While Gojo acts ruthlessly, Geto has a strong moral compass and believes that the strong should protect the weak.
Despite their differences, they quickly became best friends and formed the most powerful sorcerer duo in the Jujutsu school.
Their adventures and epic battles will be covered in the second season of Jujutsu Kaisen, which will be released on July 6.
