However, the release window is still unknown, and with that, fans are getting more and more impatient for the release of Season 3.

Bridgerton Star Praises Season 3
Jonathan Bailey, the 35-year-old actor who played the beloved Anthony Bridgerton and who recently rose to fame with his starring role in the historical romance thriller Fellow Travelers, told E! News what he thinks about the upcoming story in the Netflix 's hit series. Judging by his words, he rated Season 3 highly.
'It's going to be tantalizing,' Bailey teased. 'It's going to be good. And also, my brother Luke Newton is bringing the heat with Nicola. So it's going to be great.'

What Events the New Bridgerton Season Will Bring Us
The next season of Bridgerton will adapt Julia Quinn's fourth book, Romancing Mister Bridgerton, which follows the courtship of Colin (Luke Newton), the third eldest son of the family, and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan).
In the Season 2 finale, Penelope's storyline was at a low point. She had a falling out with Eloise (Claudia Jessie) after the latter discovered that Penelope was the notorious gossip writer Lady Whistledown. Colin also deeply insulted Pen when she caught him making a joke about wooing her in front of his male friends at a ball.
Season 3 will truly be 'tantalizing' for Penelope fans as the character finally finds her place and Colin acknowledges his feelings.
'[She's] sort of like, "I can't do this anymore. I'm out with Eloise. I'm out with Colin. I don't want to be with my family. I need a husband,"' Nicola Coughlan told People, elaborating on the psycho-emotional state Penelope will be in at the start of Season 3. 'So she's like a woman on a mission. She's ready to go, ready to launch herself out into the marriage market in a new way. She wants a whole new look, and she gets it.'
Fans are excited that the upcoming season will focus on Colin and Penelope's relationship, as the actors have developed an incredibly touching chemistry since season one. The actors, who have become close friends, created such an unforgettable dynamic during the filming of the new season that even the crew members themselves were smitten!
'There were a lot of moments on set where we filmed something and we'd turn around and everyone was sort of clutching their chest being like "Oh my God." It was that kind of love,' the actress shared.
When Will the New Season Be Released?
Unfortunately, Netflix still hasn't announced a release date for the next season, adding to the suspense. However, with the strikes over and many streaming services and networks already actively filling their schedules, we should expect an official announcement in the coming months. Either way, Bridgerton Season 3 will be released sometime in 2024.
