'House of the Dragon' Trailer Breakdown: It's Finally Out, Here's What's Inside
Get ready to return to the world of the Seven Kingdoms, as HBO Max has finally released the long-awaited trailer for its high-budget 'Game of Thrones' prequel series, 'House of the Dragon'.
The series will be centered on the Targaryen dynasty, and the action will take place 200 years before the events of the original story. The trio of protagonists will consist of King Viserys (Paddy Considine) and his offspring: Princess Raenyra (Emma D'Arcy) and Prince Daemon (Matt Smith ). They will fight for the right to take the Iron Throne, using all their skills to defeat their rivals, including the previously famed Houses of Stark and Velarion.
The trailer has already proven to be worthy of fan attention, providing a more detailed look at the main characters and the anticipated action. The trailer showcased several new and exciting locations, as well as previously known ones, including the Throne Room of King's Landing, where the legendary Iron Throne stands, as well as the ancient castle of Harrenhal and Dragonstone, the ancestral land of the Targaryen dynasty. And it looks like this is just the beginning: many more elaborate locations will be shown after the series premieres.
