Star Wars could have been a great R-rated 80's action movie with this Tatooine Barbarian in it.

AI art is a controversial topic, with some people indulging in all kinds of AI-generated compilations, while others refuse to call it "art" at all.

But regardless of your opinion on the subject, sometimes AI can create some pretty curious images, like this one that recently appeared on Reddit.

Created by Reddit user Robo_Vader with the use of Midjourney AI, it answers the question "What if Arnold Schwarzenegger played Anakin Skywalker?", one of the most important characters in Star Wars that you're probably familiar with.

And the result does not disappoint, as Arnie looks surprisingly suitable for the role.

Fans are having a field day with all kinds of jokes in the comments section, repeating most of the iconic actor's quotes in Star Wars fashion.

Our favorites include "I need your robes, your boots, and your speeder bike" and "PUT THAT WOOKIE DOWN!" They also joke that this Anakin would definitely use the literal force instead of The Force.

Others point out that they would have totally seen Star Wars as an R-rated '80s action movie.

Imagine Arnold roaming the galaxy and defeating his enemies in brutal lightsaber duels, Count Dooku wouldn't have stood a chance, and the Sand People massacre would have been a lot bloodier, that's for sure.

It would have ended with an intense duel with Obi-Wan (PLEASE give us Chuck Norris as him) and just think how awesome he would have been as Darth Vader.

Even his younger version looks absolutely badass and fans can only dream about how awesome those movies could have been.

In our humble opinion, the only thing Anakin Schwarzenegger is missing is a crossguard lightsaber, which would have looked absolutely fantastic.

Of course, we all know and love the real cast, but sometimes it is just too much fun to lose yourself in "what if" scenarios.
