Have You Noticed This 'Loki' Easter Egg in 'Moon Knight'?
Halfway through the show, 'Moon Knight' has largely distanced itself from major storylines of Marvel Cinematic Universe. We hardly see any aftermath of Thanos' snap, or, say, spot a Spider-Man graffiti on a random Cairo wall.
It seems, however, that the connection between 'Moon Knight ' and MCU is becoming more and more obvious, as eagle-eyed fans spot new Easter eggs in the show. One of the most recent ones appears to be right from 'Loki ', and it was very easy to miss – but not everyone did in fact miss it.
One of Arthur Harrow's followers appears to have worn a jacket with a vaguely familiar design. As spotted by New Rockstars, the print appears to be an homage to Rama-Tut – one of the identities used by Kang the Conqueror.
Kang – or, more precisely, one of his variants known as He Who Remains – was introduced in 'Loki' TV series. The supervillain had the power to destroy entire timelines, but was essentially a "good" version of the character. In Marvel comics, there are multiple version of Kang, some of them more powerful or sinister than the others.
Additionally, other fans realized that 'Moon Knight' might have delved into the Easter egg even more than by just sprinkling a fun designer print on someone's jacket.
In order for us to connect all the dots and resolve all mysteries – including this one – we'll have to wait until the 'Moon Knight' finale, slated to drop on May 4. Until then, maybe a marathon of the three episodes that are already streaming on Disney Plus will help to unearth even more Easter eggs?..
