You don't have to be a psychic to see an obvious parallel.

As Grey's Anatomy makes its way into its 20th season, it's no wonder they need to grab viewers' attention with new characters.

Luckily, the new group of interns seems to be up to the task.

Although the writers get a bit of criticism for having them follow in the footsteps of the original group of interns from season 1, as long as it does the trick and keeps viewers watching, no one seems to care too much.

The only thing that bothers fans is the constant fear that someone will be killed off the show.

It's really not surprising to be worried about the fate of your favorite character in a show that's known for killing off characters left, right, and center.

Adding that anxiety to a parallel with the MAGIC ensemble (Meredith, Alex, George, Izzie, and Christina) begs the question: who will be the next George?

Some fans are betting that they have solved the mystery and are preparing to say goodbye to Mika Yasuda. According to their analysis, she resembles George's personality so much that she could end up with a similar death.

Since Mika is the goofy one of the group, some viewers feel that people don't take her as seriously. However, there are those who argue differently.

"Honestly, I feel like Lucas is more like George. Yasuda is the one I really can't nail down. Simone is Meredith, Jules is Izzie, Kwan reminds me of both Alex and Cristina. Yasuda doesn't remind me of any of the original interns completely," Redditor HeWenttoJared1215 said.

Indeed, with more original traits Mika Yasuda has a greater chance to survive than any of the other characters.

Not everyone is so adamant about the idea that someone has to go. Many viewers feel that the writers need to build stronger backgrounds and connections between the characters before their deaths can affect the audience in any way.

As much as some fear the character's death, others believe it won't happen, at least not for another season.
