Game's Not Over? Seems Like Ted Lasso S4 Is Very Much a Thing
This can be big news for those obsessed with the journey of the good guy.
Ted Lasso wrapped things up almost two weeks ago, but fans still can't get over the fact that their beloved show is really over. Well, maybe they shouldn't be so upset, as there are some rumors that it might not be the end after all.
The season 3 finale seemed like a good way to say goodbye to the story, but it left a lot of questions unanswered. For example, Nate's storyline wasn't properly resolved.
Yes, he was forgiven, but the fans never saw him actually leave the West Ham team.
More importantly, the writers didn't even include the "forgiveness" scene! We don't know how the conversation between Ted and Nate went. So maybe the new season – if it happens – will give us an explanation.
The other two hints about the new season are actually more to be trusted. First of all, Ted Lasso's season 3 finale was never announced as the end of the show.
It was the fans who assumed the series was over based on the development of the storyline. What's more, Apple TV Plus is even teasing fans about the future of the show.
A few days after the season ended, the streaming platform posted a picture of Coach Beard, Roy and Nate with the caption: "Smells like potential" on its Twitter account.
So without a clear "no" and a lot of actual hints, there are two possible scenarios for the show.
And whether it's a season 4, or even a spinoff (which is even more exciting news for fans), it's highly likely that we'll see the beloved character on screen again.
After all, wouldn't it be weird for Apple TV to end its most popular show?
