Al Yankovic is an American musician who is famous for his humorous songs making fun of pop culture or parodying some popular songs.

Daniel Radcliffe seems to have cracked the code for overcoming the one-role curse of child actors: just make new projects that are weird and audacious. Being a talented actor can also help.

In the upcoming Roku biopic about musician Al Yankovic, titled 'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story', Radcliffe has the titular role. On Tuesday, people got to check out the first look at him as Yankovic at NewFronts presentation Tuesday at the Chelsea Factory in New York City.

"Getting to do this was genuinely one of the most fun things I've ever gotten to do in my life, so [I hope] it is as much fun to watch as it was to make. I think you will really enjoy it — and you better, because I learned the accordion for this. And that instrument is a nightmare," Radcliffe himself shared from the stage during the presentation.

Even in light of the general weirdness of the project, fans seem to love one thing about Daniel Radcliffe: the way he just goes for whatever he wants and explores new acting possibilities with every next project he signs up for.

However, even in the trailer for a movie about an accordion musician, some fans spotted what they think is an Easter egg for Radcliffe's potential MCU role.

'Weird: The Al Yankovic Story' does not have a release date yet, expected to premiere at some point in the fall of 2022 on The Roku Channel streaming service.
