There are insane theories within each fictional universe, and then there are theories beyond insane. This one probably falls into the second category!

If you are a fan of both Harry Potter and Twilight ( which is very, very unlikely but still), you are probably familiar with a few crossover speculations that are supposed to connect the two worlds. Well, here is the craziest theory yet.

Some fans seem to believe that Harry's godfather, Sirius Black, and Bella's wannabe boyfriend, Jacob Black, share DNA (via AwesomenessTV).

Believe it or not, the main argument is not their last names (good thing there are no prominent Smiths in Twilight, otherwise poor Hufflepuff Zacharias would have a lot of conspiracy theories to deal with).

Hear us out.

The reasoning behind all this lies within the fact that both Sirius and Jacob can turn at their convenience, unlike the typical werewolf who wolfs up every full moon.

People think that they are both animagus (have they even read the books, or are they just choosing to ignore that Sirius is an actual animagus, not a werewolf?).

OK, so let's say Sirius and Jacob are both animagus and have one of the most popular last names in the world, does that really make them related? We highly doubt it.

Sirius is a pure-blood wizard (and we do know more or less his entire family tree because magic), and Jacob couldn't be further from the magical world if he tried.

Jacob is also not technically a werewolf – he and the others are shape-shifters who take the form of a wolf.

According to Twilight lore, all shape-shifters can turn whenever they want, it just takes more practice for some (Jacob isn't special, he is just a descendant of two founding members, not one like the others).

The fan theory could have been good if it weren't for these little details that basically make it pointless (or are all the Twilight werewolves animagus related to Sirius?).

A for the effort, but D for execution. No Twilight/Harry Potter crossover today, guys.
