Eminem's Most Unforgettable Movie And TV Shows Cameos, Ranked
Four times when Eminem just stole the whole show.
Eminem, the legendary rap artist, is not only known for his groundbreaking music but also for his good acting skills. We all know he killed it in 8 Mile back in 2002, but did you know he made some cool cameos in other movies and TV shows? Today we will remember those small but unforgettable appearances.
4. Funny People (2009)
Funny People, directed by Judd Apatow, is a comedy-drama that stars Adam Sandler as a famous comedian who's diagnosed with a terminal illness.
In the movie, Eminem is having a conversation with Sandler’s character, where he boldly expresses the importance of privacy and even claims that death is preferable to a life without it.
The highlight of this cameo, however, is Eminem's unexpected reaction to comedian Ray Romano, who tries to take a photo with the rapper.
3. The wash (2011)
This comedy film stars Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg as two friends who work at a car wash. Eminem pops up as a disgruntled ex-employee who causes quite a stir. Throughout the film, Eminem's character makes menacing phone calls to his former boss and eventually leads the movie's climax with a wild rampage.
With this small role, Eminem just proves he can shine in any setting.
2. Entourage (S07E10)
Taking the second spot is an episode from the TV series Entourage, specifically the season 7 finale titled Lose Yourself (which hints at what's to come).
In this episode, after a breakup, Vincent Chase spirals into self-destructive behavior involving alcohol and drugs. Things take an interesting turn when he crashes a party hosted by Eminem. When Vince causes trouble, Eminem steps in to defuse the situation.
Eminem eventually punces Vince and removes him from the party. Fans of the show particularly enjoyed the unexpected twist and Eminem's involvement in the storyline.
1. The Interview (2014)
And now, we've reached the number one spot. Eminem's most memorable movie cameo goes to his appearance in The Interview. This controversial comedy follows two journalists who are recruited to assassinate the leader of North Korea.
Eminem appears in an interview segment almost in the beginning of the movie, openly discussing his homosexuality. Although Eminem is not gay in real life (as far as we know), this self-aware joke humbly addresses the scandals surrounding his music.
