Parasyte: The Grey tells a story of an alien attack on Earth as unidentified parasites take over their human hosts’ brains to control them, use their bodies to eat other humans, and gain more power. The invasion is brutal and seemingly unstoppable, but there’s a but.
One of the parasites failed to completely take over its victim; now, it lives in the woman’s body, struggling for control over it. Together with a group of survivors fighting for their lives, the infected young woman tries to survive and combat the alien invaders as the situation on the planet gets more dire by the minute.

Immediately after its premiere, the apocalypse show took over Netflix charts.
